Location: Jura Distillery, Craighouse, Isle of Jura
Job Level: (Internal Only) 3
Contract: 24 hours per week – Predominantly nightshift however flexibility will be required - covering a shift pattern of 7 days on over a 14 day period.

What the opportunity looks like:
To ensure production targets are achieved at the required levels.
As a team member provide drive, energy and skill to ensure product quality, customer service and process yields are maximised in all aspects of the operation, from raw material to final product.
Maintain a safe working environment for you and your colleagues
- Drive, monitor and operate part of the production process according to operating procedures.
- Complete all parts of the process maintaining compliance to both Health and Safety and Customs and Excise procedures.
- Conduct a thorough shift handover at the beginning and the end of the shift with in-coming or out-going operator.
- Carry out all reasonable tasks as requested and as appropriate to skill level.
Skills and experience that will help you be a success:
For this role we're looking for:
- General Certificate In Distilling (preferred).
- Distillery operations experience (preferable).
- First Aid at Work (preferred).
- Understanding of HMR&C legislation desirable.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
