The Green Print

Our DEI Committee is composed of colleagues who are dedicated to championing equality and inclusion at Whyte & Mackay and is led by Anila Jayaraman.

I joined the DEI committee because it was important to me for personal and professional reasons. Personally, having lived in different countries, I never felt like I belonged anywhere. This is why driving DEI is vital to me. I believe everyone deserves respect, dignity, and equal opportunities, regardless of their background. Professionally, I value the diverse ideas and experiences that DEI can bring. As a committee, we focus on educating senior leaders, evaluating our recruitment policy, and implementing visible changes. The interest shown by colleagues in joining the committee reflects the progress we have made. I aim to continue raising awareness and driving change, ensuring that everyone at Whyte & Mackay can be their true selves.

Our Charity and Community Awards are designed to acknowledge and assist community and charitable initiatives that are meaningful to our colleagues and their immediate families. Every month, colleagues from all areas of the business can submit a request for a cash or product donation to support a charity or community initiative they are involved with.
