Job Title:  Team Leader - Nightshift 

Function:  Supply Chain - Bottling

Location:  Bottling Plant, South Lumley Street, Grangemouth

Contract: Full Time / Permanent- Core hours Monday to Thursday, 08:45pm – 6:45am (38 hours p/w) + 25% shift allowance

What you will be doing:

• Providing clear direction to operators, setting high standards and motivating teams to excel.
• Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are met while achieving production targets.
  
• Overseeing daily production outputs and coordinating materials with relevant departments.
  
• Working with the Production Administrator to organize resources effectively.
  
• Monitoring and maintaining quality checks in line with industry standards.
  
• Upholding compliance with BRC, ISO900, OHSAS18001, and HMRC requirements.
  
• Creating a safe and engaging workplace where individuals feel valued and empowered.

Skills and experience that will help you be a success:

• Experience in an FMCG production environment.
• Passionate about leading and supporting teams to achieve their best.
  
• Has a strong understanding of BRC, ISO, and OHSAS standards.

• Enjoys fostering a strong team dynamic and driving performance.
