Contract: Full Time / 6 Month Fixed Term Contract - Monday to Thursday, 08:30am – 5pm & Friday, 08:30 – 13:30 (35 hours p/w) – there will be a requirement for some travel to The Dalmore distillery and our other distilleries for meetings & client events, plus some occasional overnight stays. This is a hybrid role where you will work in the office 3 - 4 days per week.

What the opportunity looks like:
The Private Client Administrator will support the Private Client Experience Manager in delivering project excellence both back of house and front of house for Ultra High Net Worth Private Clients (UHNW). The main areas of responsibility are in supporting the PC Experience Manager to deliver the “My Masterpiece” bespoke packaging program. You will coordinate the on-time delivery of bespoke bottling projects via our NPI (New Product Implementation) process. You will ensure our client database management system is watertight and providing administrative team support to the Private Client Relationship Manager and Rare Whisky Director.
All training and support will be provided.
- Responsibility for the briefing of external design agencies for the artwork stages of the Private Client Cask Bottling Projects.
- Support the Private Client Experience Manager with the development and creation of luxury lifestyle products for sale.
- Coordinating orders for replenishment stock, preparing and sending out from Glasgow office all the whisky samples and physical items that are sent out to clients.
- Raise all department purchase orders onto Tropos (in house system).
- Booking hotel accommodation and supplier’s services for client/team visits.

- Client, consumer or customer service experience.
- Some experience in a business environment and / or experience of product development would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Good computer skills with a strong working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook to an intermediate level.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills – can communicate clearly and persuasively.
