Location: Home Based, with the ability to travel to London, customer sites, Head Office meetings and to attend Sales Team meetings.

Role Reports to: UK Commercial Director
Contract: Full Time / Permanent
Hours of Work: 35 Hours - Monday to Thursday – 08:30-17:00, Friday 08:30-13:30.

What the opportunity looks like:
The London On Trade Sales Manager is a critical leadership role within the UK Commercial organisation, responsible for shaping and delivering premium and luxury channel performance across the capital.
Skills and experience that will help you be a success:
The role leads a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Account Managers (AMs) across the London Independent Free Trade (IFT) and MSO/Group channels, driving brand building, distribution expansion and visibility execution for our luxury whisky portfolio - most notably The Dalmore, Fettercairn, Jura, and the wider Whyte & Mackay brands.
This role sets the benchmark for high performance across the hub, building capability and fostering a culture defined by focus, discipline and outstanding execution.
Success will be measured through commercial delivery, luxury distribution growth and the advancement of our premium agenda across London’s most influential On Trade venues.
